Marie Colette 'Colorful Home' Oil Painting, Framed

A naive-style oil on canvas by Marie Colette: a two-story brick house with teal shutters and a yellow door, rose bushes climbing the porch, a pair of cypress trees, and a cobbled lane under a sky of flat white clouds. Every brick is painted individually. Signed and dated lower left.

Presented in its original painted frame — black with a red inner lip and a red dotted border — which was clearly chosen to match the roof.

Companion to the Marie Colette harbor scene also in the shop; the two were sourced together.
